How do I get started?
The first step is creating your Alia client account.
Be sure to enter your cleaner’s phone number during the sign-up process. This is how we’ll check if your cleaner already has an Alia account.
If she doesn’t, we’ll reach out to her to explain what Alia is, how it works and answer any questions she has. We have a bilingual support team, so we’ll ask you for her name and preferred language so she can get the right service.

How does Alia work for my cleaner?
She will create an Alia cleaner account, where she can see the contributions she receives from her clients (including you!)
When she wants to use her benefits she can contact our support team to access her Paid Time Off, or sign up for an insurance product, life life insurance.
I’m not sure my cleaner wants Alia benefits.
We can assure you, she most likely does!
The vast majority of cleaners whose clients sign up for Alia are grateful for the benefits and that their client cares about their access to benefits.
If you create an Alia account, there is no obligation to your cleaner at all. We will have a conversation with her to make sure she understands what Alia is, and answer any questions she has. When she is ready to receive her benefits contributions, we will help her create an account.
